The workforce housing at North Post Oak Lofts enables these essential workers to live in the community where they work, avoid a lengthy commute, and spend more time with family.

INCOME VERIFICATION

• 2 months of consecutive current bank statements. ALL pages must be included and be one sided.

• 2 months of consecutive paystubs.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PRE-QUALIFY?

To begin the application, please present the following documents:

1. Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older

2. Income Verification Items

3. Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets

4. 2 years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable
