Any applicant or resident living in an affordable unit cannot earn more than the following annual incomes.
50% Annual Maximum Income:
1-person home may earn no more than $35,400 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $40,450 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $45,500 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $50,550 annually
5-person home may earn no more than $54,600 annually
6-person home may earn no more than $58,650 annually
80% Annual Maximum Income:
1-person home may earn no more than $56,640 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $64,720 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $72,800 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $80,880 annually
5-person home may earn no more than $87,360 annually
6-person home may earn no more than $93,840 annually
We will qualify you based on GROSS annual income. Please call for additional details on acceptable proof of income.
INCOME VERIFICATION
2 months of consecutive current bank statements. ALL pages must be included and be one sided.
2 months of consecutive paystubs.
