In addition to our market rate residences at North Post Oak Lofts, a portion of our residences in this community have been reserved for moderate to middle income, critical workforce such as teachers, nurses, first responders, retail and restaurant industry, law enforcement officials and other workers. The workforce housing at North Post Oak Lofts enables these essential workers to live in the community where they work, avoid a lengthy commute, and spend more time with family.

RENTAL RATES

50% - 1 Bedroom Max Rent - $1,040

80% - 1 Bedroom Max Rent - $1,664

50% - 2 Bedroom Max Rent - $1,170

80% - 2 Bedroom Max Rent - $1872

Any applicant or resident living in an affordable unit cannot earn more than the following annual incomes.

50% Annual Maximum Income:

1-person home may earn no more than $36,400 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $41,600 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $46,800 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $52,000 annually
5-person home may earn no more than $56,150 annually
6-person home may earn no more than $60,300 annually

80% Annual Maximum Income:

1-person home may earn no more than $58,240 annually
2-person home may earn no more than $66,560 annually
3-person home may earn no more than $74,880 annually
4-person home may earn no more than $83,200 annually
5-person home may earn no more than $89,840 annually
6-person home may earn no more than $96,480 annually

We will qualify you based on GROSS annual income. Please call for additional details on acceptable proof of income.

INCOME VERIFICATION

2 months of consecutive current bank statements. ALL pages must be included and be one sided.

2 months of consecutive paystubs.

Complete application for every household member 18 years of age and older
Income Verification Items
Additional documents that may be required depending on each person’s individual income and assets
2 years of Resident or Rental Verification if applicable
